摘 要: 在弱磁场条件下研究有限量子阱中磁性极化子特性.能级计算中包括了4 支界面声子、定域体声子和势垒体声子.同时,考虑了导带非抛物性对能级和回旋质量的影响,给出量子阱 Ga As/ Al0 .36 Ga0 .64 As 中体声子和界面声子对能级和回旋质量贡献的数值结果,并进行讨论.研究发现,在弱磁场条件下狭窄量子阱中势垒体声子和界面声子的贡献比较大,而在宽量子阱中定域体声子的贡献大.磁性极化子回旋质量随磁场 B 增大而增大,若考虑导带非抛物性修正,所得结果与实验结果基本一致. Magnetopolaron in a finite quantum well(QW) are studied in the situation of weak magnetic field.The four branches interface optical(IO) phonons,the confined bulk and the barrier bulk(LO) phonons are included in the calculation of the energy levels.We also considered the effects of the nonparabolicity of the conduction band on the energy levels and the cyclotron mass.The numerical results of the contribution of the LO phonons and IO phonons to the energy level and the cyclotron masss in the GaAs/Al 0.36 Ga 0.64 As QW are given and discussed.It is found that for weak magnetic field the contribution of the barrier bulk phonons and the IO phonons is more important for narrow wells where as the confined bulk phonon is dominant for the wide wells. The cyclotron mass of the magnetopolaron increases with increasing magnetic field B ,if the correction of the nonparabolicity of conduction band is considered, our results are in agreement with the experiment result.
