摘　　要： 加强国家大学生文化素质教育基地建设对社会经济发展、高等教育改革、世界一流大学建设和大学生全面发展等方面有着重要意义。在分析了国家大学生文化素质教育基地建设中值得注意的几个问题基础上,本文探讨了高校推进国家大学生文化素质教育基地建设有的效途径。 Strengthening national college students literal quality education base construction has important significant on the social and ecnomic development,higher education reform,building the world-class university and college students＇ all-round development,base on the analysis of several basic issues that should be stressed in the national college students＇ cultural quality education base construction,this paper analyses the effective method for colleges to promote college students＇ cultural quality education base construction.
