摘 要: 大多数生物组织是一种混浊介质,在0-6~1-3μm 的红光与近红外光波段具有高的前向散射和低吸收的特点。超短脉冲光在组织中传输时,将因漫散射使脉冲展宽。脉冲形状与散射吸收特性有关。本文提出一种基于扩散近似理论的扩散拟合方法,用于提取不同位置的散射特性。 The most biological tissues are a kind of turbid media,and have high forward scattering and low absorption coefficient in the red and near infrared region from 0.6 to 1.3μm.Transporting through the tissues,the ultrafast laser pulse will be widened,and the pulse shape is related to the scattering and absorption characteristics.Based on the diffusion approximation theory,the paper put forward the diffusive fitted method to deduce the variations of scattering inhomogeneity at various positions.
