摘 要: 通过分级淬火方法获得6061挤压态铝合金的时间-温度-性能(TTP)曲线,并进行分析。结果表明:6061热挤压态合金TTP曲线的鼻尖温度为360℃,淬火敏感温度区间为250~450℃,中温等温时相转变最快,高温和低温等温时相转变慢,中温区淬火敏感性最高,高温区和低温区的淬火敏感性低;铝合金TTP曲线形状及其参数k2~k5随合金不同处理状态而改变;6061型材生产挤压后在线淬火时,自出口温度冷却到450℃时,可以适当慢速,此后要快速冷却通过中温危险区(250~450℃),250℃以下可以再适当放慢冷却速度,以获得较高的力学性能,并减小热应力。 The time-temperature-property(TTP) curves of 6061 extrusion aluminum alloy were determined by an interrupted quenching method.The results show that the quenching sensitive temperature range of the TTP curve of the alloy is 250 ℃~ 450 ℃ with the nose temperature of 360 ℃.The transformation is fast at the moderate temperature zone,but much slower at high temperature and lower temperature zone.The TTP curves and its coefficients k2~k5 change with different treatment of the alloys.In on-line extrusion of 6061 aluminum profile,the rate of cooling from the solution temperature to 450 ℃ could be slow down properly,then enhance quenching rate at moderate temperature zone(250 ℃~ 450 ℃),and slow down below 250℃ in order to get optimal mechanical properties,and the residual stress could be reduced at the same time.
