摘　　要： 本文采用企业战略管理中常用的"SWOT分析法"对汉中职业技术学院发展的优势、弱点、机会、威胁进行分析,提出了在职业教育竞争日益激烈的形势下加快发展的构想和思路。 The paper,based on the SWOT analysis commonly adopted in the strategical management in the entrepreneurship,makes an analysis on the development in Hanzhong Vocational and Technical College in terms of strength,weakness,opportunity and threat.And whereby it comes up with some strategies to speed up the development in the context of increasingly violent competition among the vocational colleges in the new era.
