增温对人工养殖东北林蛙生长曲线的影响

摘  要: 2009年5~9月对东北林蛙增温和正常条件下的生长情况进行了初步研究。将一龄和二龄林蛙随机分成两组,一组在大棚内增温条件下饲养,另一组在围栏中常温条件下饲养,大棚内的平均温度较围栏中提升了3.17℃。2009年9月在大棚中饲养一龄林蛙和二龄雌性林蛙体重分别达到(6.30±2.62)g和(36.55±11.79)g,较围栏中提高了85.54%和56.60%。利用Gompertz、Logistic和Von Bertalanffy非线性模型拟合了一、二龄东北林蛙的0~16周龄体重,拟合度R2均在0.98以上。Gompertz模型分析显示,大棚中饲养的一龄林蛙达生长拐点时间在9.747周左右,较围栏组延长5.012周;大棚中饲养的二龄林蛙达生长拐点时间在6.896周左右,较围栏组延长1.264周。研究表明,增温有效地延长了林蛙的生长期,对林蛙的发育具有极大的促进作用。 The growth and development of brown frog(Rana dybowskii) under normal and warmer conditions were studied from May to September in 2009.The brown frogs of one and two years old were randomly divided into two groups.One group were fed in greenhouse where temperature increased,the other group were fed in the fence keeping the normal temperature.Temperatures of the greenhouse are 3.17℃ higher than in the fence.The weight of one year old brown frog and two years old female brown frog fed in the greenhouse is(6.30±2.62) g and(36.55±11.79) g in September 2009,which increased 85.54% and 56.60% than in the fence.A linear model of one year old brown frog 0~16 weeks body weight was fit by Gompertz,Logistic and Von Bertalanffy,goodness of fit R2 is above 0.98.Gompertz model analysis showed that the age of growth inflexion time of one year old brown frog keeping in greenhouse is 9.747 weeks or so,5.012 weeks later than the fence group;the age of growth inflexion time of two years old brown frog keeping in greenhouse is 6.896 weeks or so,1.264 weeks later than the fence group.The results showed that: warmer conditions effectively extend the growing period of brown frog,and have a great role in promoting the development of brown frog.
