摘　　要： 我国全国居民基尼系数早已于2000年开始越过0.4的国际警戒线标准,对于其所反映的贫富差距过大问题,目前我国经济学界存在着两种迥异的观点。笔者从公平理论角度论证了我国基尼系数偏大而目前社会环境基本稳定的原因,也指出了或许表现出逆转性破坏力量的可能。希望两种存在分歧的观点在达成一致认识的前提下形成解决贫富差距过大问题的合力。 Since 2000,the Gini Coefficient of Chinese residents has risen above 0.4,which is the international standard cordon.There are two contradicting points of view to the problem of widening gap between the rich and the poor reflected by the high Gini Coefficient in economics field.In the perspective of Equity Theory,the author demonstrates the reasons why our Gini Coefficient is high,while the social environment is stable.At the same time,the author points out the possibility of showing a disruptive force,hoping that people that have two different opinions can reach an agreement to form a combined force of solving the problem of the gap between the rich and the poor.
