摘　　要： 随着组织变革的不断深入,中层管理者在企业经营管理中的作用日益突出,中层管理危机也成为企业界共同关注的问题。因此,根据不同的职业生涯研究中层管理危机的识别、处理和转移机制,很重要。 With the deepening of social structural changes, middle-level managers play more important roles. The crisis of middle-level management has caused concerns. This paper argues how to identify and deal with this kind of crisis in career planning.
