摘　　要： 从海南儋州地区的白菜病株上获得一个病毒分离物，经症状观察，电镜观察，理化性质分析及血清学检测，被鉴定为芜菁花叶病毒。 A virus was isolated from cabbage (Brassica chinensis) in Danzhou, Hainan. Thisisolate caused necrotic spots in both Chenopodium amaranticolor and N. tabacum var whiteburley, systemic mosaic symptom in N. tabacum var white burley. Electron microscopic observation, physiochemical analysis and ID-ELISA indicated that the virus purfied from thecabbage was serologically closely related to turnip mosaic virus (TuMV).
