大能量窄脉宽激光脉冲受激布里渊散射输出波形分析
Numerical Study on Pulse Waveform of Stimulated Brillouin Scattering of High Energy Short Laser Pulse

摘  要: 针对激光冲击强化系统多通放大中波前畸变,利用受激布里渊散射(SBS)相位共轭镜进行补偿,对大能量、窄脉宽激光脉冲条件下的SBS过程进行了一维瞬态模型数值模拟,比较了不同能量配比、注入强度和放大池长的情况下,双池SBS相位共轭镜中放大池的输出特性。结果表明,增加放大池长可以提高能量的抽取效率,也使脉冲前沿变陡及波形保真度降低。在注入单脉冲能量2.5J,脉宽15ns,横截面积约1cm^2的高斯脉冲时,选择33cm左右的放大池长和毫焦量级的Stokes种子光可以实现高的能量反射率和较好的输出波形。为应用于激光冲击强化系统中的双池SBS相位共轭镜结构、参数设计和实验分析提供理论参考。 Stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) process of SBS phase-conjugate mirror was simulated numerically based on a one- dimensional transient model, which was used to compensate wavefront distortion of high energy and short pulse in multipass amplifier of laser shock peening system. The influence of parameters on SBS characteristics was studied, and comparison was made between the output waveform by different energy ratio, intensity, and length of amplified cell. It was shown that a bigger amplification cell length corresponds to a higher efficiency of energy extraction, but also a possible of waveform fidelity reduction. 33 cm was a reasonable amplification cell length for Gaussian pulse of 2.5 J , FWHM 15 ns and 1 cm2 cross section area in a dual-cell FC-72 liquid SBS. This paper aims to provide reference for structural design and experiment of dual-cell SBS phase conjugation mirror in laser shock peening system.
