摘 要: 对风险矩阵法在工程投标前期决策中的应用进行了探讨,把风险指标层级化,建立风险指标体系。利用风险矩阵法对隶属于上层风险指标的下层风险指标进行量化计算,根据风险指标的量化值得出其权重,从而求出上层风险指标的概率量化值和概率,进而求出风险体系的综合风险量化值,为决策者提供了可靠的数字依据。给出了基于风险矩阵法的工程投标前期决策的方法体系和基本流程,以期使风险矩阵法在投标前期决策中的应用更具有操作性、规范性。 The applications of the risk matrix method to early engineering bidding decision were discussed, the risk index was stratification and the risk index system was established. By risk matrix method, to calculate risk lower risk indexes of the upper indicators quantitatively,the weight value was got according to quantization values of the risk,and risk probability quantization values and probability of the upper risk index were gotten comprehensive risk quantization values were got, these provide reliable digital basis for policy makers. Based on the risk matrix method, the method system and basic procedures of engineering bidding prophase decision were given. To make the application of the risk matrix method on early bidding decision is more operational, normative.
