不同豇豆品种几丁质酶粗提液对尖镰孢菌生长的影响
Chitinase activities from different cultivars of Vigna sesquipedalis and their effect on the growth of Fusarium oxysporum f.niveum

摘  要: 以南京地区栽培较多的13个豇豆品种为试材, 分别测定了它们幼苗根系粗酶抽提液中的几丁质酶活性及对西瓜尖镰孢菌生长的抑制作用, 并分析了两者之间的关系。结果表明, 各供试豇豆品种都具有几丁质酶活性, 对西瓜尖镰孢菌的生长都具有抑制作用。早熟二号豇豆的几丁质酶活性高,且比对照长白七号菜豆和新红宝西瓜对西瓜尖镰孢菌生长的抑制作用强, 但并非所有品种上述两者之间都呈正相关的。试验结果提示, 在对西瓜尖镰孢菌生长影响方面, 除了几丁质酶之外, 可能还存在其它生物因素的作用; 或者几丁质酶本身亦有抑菌活性强弱甚至有无之别。 Thirteen major cultivars of Vigna sesquipedalis in Nanjing region were selected as experimental materials.The measurements of chitinase activity and inhibition to the growth of Fusarium oxysporum f.niveum were performed with the extract from the seedling roots,and the relationship between the two indexes of the same cultivar was analysed.The results showed that all the 13 examined cultivars presented chitinase activity and inhibition to the fungus.Zaoshu 2(Vigna sesquipedalis)had a high chitinase activity and a much stronger inhibiting effect on the fungus than the controls of Changbai 7(Phaseolus vulgaris)and Xinhongbao(Citrullus lanatus).However,the fact that the two indexes were not positively correlated for all the cultivars.It was indicated that besides the chitinases there might be other biological factors affecting the growth of Fusarium oxysporum f.niveum,or the chitinases themselves exhibited the difference,which might exist or not at any extent,in the antifungal activity.
