摘　　要： 影响国际学术期刊库绩效分析的问题主要有出版发行模式、营销定价模式、用户使用方式、使用统计标准、效益评价理论与方法等,这些问题都需了解、重视,才能增强绩效分析的准确度,推动绩效分析方法的改进。 The main problems affecting the performance of the international journal database are publishing and distribution models, marketing, pricing models, user mode, the use of statistical standards, and benefit evaluation theory and methods, etc. These issues are required to be understood, and then the accuracy of performance analysis can be enhanced, and the performance analytical methods can be improved as well.
