工业分析和煤岩指标评价煤电厂入炉煤煤质和燃尽率的对比
A comparison between proximate analysis and coal petrographic characteristics for the valuation of coal quality and burnout behavior in coal-fired power plant

摘  要: 依据燃煤电厂实际锅炉运行状况,对比分析了工业分析和煤岩特征两类煤质指标在煤质评价中的作用及其对煤粉燃尽率的影响.煤岩参数较工业分析更详细地揭示了煤质的变化和混煤特征,连续采样结果中工业分析的标准差系数不足5%;而镜质组、惰质组含量的标准差系数可达15%,矿物质含量标准差系数更达50%.在煤质参数对煤粉燃尽率的影响方面,工业分析中除挥发分与燃尽率的相关系数较大外,其他参数的相关系数都很小;而煤岩参数与燃尽率的相关系数则大得多,且以镜质组含量的相关系数最大(-41.4%).在两个分别基于工业分析和煤岩特征的综合评价指标与燃尽率的相关系数上,前者很小,且不能通过统计检验;后者可达-42%,且具有统计显著性. It is important and meaningful for many coal-fired power plants in China, which are faced with big variation in coal quality and increasing of blend coal, to clearly and correctly evaluate fed coal quality and its combustion in boiler. According to the combustion condition of real boiler in a power plant, parameters of proximate analysis and coal petrography were compared for coal quality valuation and their effects on burnout behavior. Coal petrographic characteristics showed more details on the variation of fed coal quality than proximate analysis. Standard deviation coefficient (SDC) of the latter was less than 5%, but that of vitrinite and inertinite content were 15 %, and SDC for mineral content reached 50%. As for effect of coal quality on combustion efficiency, the relationship coefficient(R) between proximate analysis and combustion efficiency was very small except volatile matter, but petrographic parameter showed much larger correlation with combustion efficiency,especially vitrinite content (R=-41.4 %). Vitrinite reflectance can better explain the effect of coal rank on burnout behavior than rank parameter of proximate analysis. Composited index based on coal petrography had more reasonable correlation (R=-42%) with coal combustion than that based on proximate analysis.
