摘 要: 以KH-550为打底液对无机型人造石表面进行预处理,然后以紫外光固化涂料罩光。讨论了低聚物和活性稀释单体的组成、消泡剂种类和KH-550的用量对人造石表面紫外光固化涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,以质量分数为3%的KH-550对人造石表面进行预处理后,按低聚物55%,活性稀释单体40%,光引发剂和助剂分别为4%和1%的质量分数配制光固化涂料,当低聚物中环氧丙烯酸酯和聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的质量比为8∶3,活性稀释单体中苯乙烯、1,6–己二醇二丙烯酸酯与三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯的质量比为1∶2∶1时,所配制的紫外光固化涂料固化后,可在人造石表面获得硬度3H、附着力为1级、光泽度93°且耐酸性好的涂膜,改善了无机型人造石的表面性能。 The surface of inorganic artificial stone after pretreating by primer solution of KH-550 was clear-coated with a UV-curable coating.The effects of the composition of oligomer and reactive diluent monomer,variety of defoaming agent and dosage of KH-550 on the performance of the UV-curable coating were discussed.The UV-curable coating was prepared with 55wt% oligomer in which the mass ratio of epoxy acrylate to polyurethane acrylate was 8:3,40wt% reactive diluent monomers in which the mass ratio of styrene to 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate to trimethylol-propane trimethacrylate was 1:2:1,4wt% photoinitiator and 1wt% additives.After curing,the coating has a hardness of 3H,adhesion of 1 grade,luster of 93° and good acid resistance on the surface of artificial stone pretreated by 3wt% KH-550.The surface properties of inorganic artificial stone is thus improved.
