扇形铅粘弹性阻尼器的设计及数值仿真分析

摘  要: 为改善框架结构及底框结构的抗震性能,提出一种新型扇形铅粘弹性阻尼器对梁柱节点进行耗能减震加固。介绍了扇形铅粘弹性阻尼器的构造、工作原理及特点,设计了三组铅芯个数和直径不同的扇形铅粘弹性阻尼器,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对其进行了剪切位移和转角位移加载的数值仿真分析,研究了阻尼器的滞回性能,加载方式、铅芯个数和直径对其耗能性能的影响,以及阻尼器耗能核心部件应力分布特点、骨架曲线和力学模型。结果表明:该阻尼器滞回曲线饱满,具有良好的耗能能力,铅芯个数和直径对其耗能性能影响较大,耗能核心部件应力分布均匀,构造合理,力学模型可采用双线性模型进行描述。 To improve aseismic performance of the frame and under frame structure,a new sector lead viscoelastic damper(SLVD) was proposed for seismic reinforcement in the beam-column joints.The construction,working principle and characteristics of SLVD were introduced.Three groups with different numbers and diameters of lead core SLVD were designed.In order to research the hysteretic performance of dampers,the effect on its energy dissipation capacity with different numbers and diameters of lead core,the stress distribution characteristics of energy dissipation core components in dampers,the skeleton curves and mechanics model,ABAQUS was used for the numerical simulation analysis of the three groups of SLVD under shear displacement and angle displacement load.Analysis results indicate that the hysteresis curve is full,its energy dissipating capacity is excellent.The number and the diameter of lead have great influence on its energy dissipation characteristics.The stress distributed evenly in dampers.The SLVD construction is reasonable and the mechanical model can be described by the double linear model.
