摘　　要： 在高校的业务运作中,许多都是基于学生事务强关联的,面对高校学生多元和复杂的需求,学生事务的管控水平成为高校办学水平和管理水平的重要标识,对学生事务业务流程进行重构和再造显得非常重要。共享数据中心实现高校公共数据的整合和统一管理,可以构建跨部门业务逻辑统一的"综合业务体",实现学生事务业务流程的优化与重构。通过共享数据中心,对新生入学报到注册业务进行优化重构,架构一站式综合服务体系,打破了传统上以部门分工和应用系统为边界的业务规则,按照学生事务业务本身的规律进行业务流程再造。 Many university business operations are based on student affairs strong associations.When confronting the multivariate complex student requirements,the student affairs management and control proficiency becomes an important index of university education and management levels.It appears crucial to reconstruct and rebuild student affairs business flows.SDC realizes university public data integration and unified management.It can construct a cross-departmental business logic united ＂integrated service body＂ and realize the optimization and restructuring of the student affairs business flow.With SDC,freshmen registration can be optimized and restructured;a one-step integrated service system can be established;the traditional business rules which take departmental work and the application system as their border are broken in order to follow the student affairs business intrinsic rules to rebuild the business flow.
