摘 要: 以丙烯酸(AA)和蛭石(VMT)为原料,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,在水溶液中利用辉光放电等离子体引发制备了聚丙烯酸/蛭石复合高吸水树脂.研究了放电电压、放电时间、丙烯酸中和度、聚合温度以及丙烯酸、蛭石、交联剂含量等对树脂吸水量的影响.用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)分别对最佳产品的结构、稳定性和表面形貌进行了表征,同时还讨论了离心时间对最优合成条件下水凝胶保水量的影响.结果表明,在最优合成条件下,复合树脂具有较高的吸水性,对蒸馏水的吸收量达1 333 g.g-1,对0.15 mol.L-1NaCl溶液的吸收量达73 g.g-1. Crosslinking graft polymerization of poly(acrylic acid)/vermiculite superabsorbent resin in aqueous solution is prepared by using glow-discharge electrolysis plasma,in which acrylic acid and vermiculite are used as starting material,N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide as a crosslinking agent.To optimize the synthesis conditions,seven important parameters of the graft polymerization are examined in detail,such as the discharge voltage,discharge time,neutralization of acrylic acid,polymerization temperature,amounts of crosslinking agent,vermiculite and acrylic acid used.The structure,thermal stability and morphology of resulting product are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.Under the optimal condition,the behavior of the obtained poly(acrylic acid)/vermiculite superabsorbent is tested with a satisfactory result,that is,the absorption for distilled water is 1 333 g·g-1,for 0.15 mol·L-1 sodium chloride solution 73 g·g-1.
