摘 要: 文章运用1999~2007年的工业普查数据,通过面板数据的计量模型,研究中国出口企业的生产率问题。结果表明,出口企业比非出口企业具有更高的生产率、工资水平、就业人数、利润水平和人均增加值,但是规模相对较小。进一步检验还发现,小型企业出口前的自我选择效应和出口后出口学习效应不明显,大中型企业的自我选择效应和学习效应则更为显著,中国大中型企业的特征更符合新新贸易理论。 Based on the panel data of China's manufacturing enterprises from 1999 to 2007, this paper analyzes the productivity performance of Chinese exporting firms. The results from our econometric tests show that compared with the non-exporting firms, the exporting enterprises have a higher level in productivity, wage, employment, profit and added value per capita, but are smaller in the size of firm. The paper also discovers that self-selection effect and learning-by-exporting effect are not obvious for small firms but positively obvious for medium and large enterprises in China, which indicates that the feature in the productivity performance of Chinese medium and large enterprises is more coincident with the New-new Trade Theory.
