摘　　要： 认为我国城市的贫富分化、贫富分区已经成为严重的社会问题;贫富分区是贫富分化在空间上的投影,它凸显了社会的不公,导致了城市空间的排斥,加剧了社会各阶层之间的对立,不利于社会主义和谐社会的建设。鉴于此,分析了贫富分区形成的机制及其影响,并从城市规划的角度,针对如何控制城市贫富分区,提出了相关意见和建议。 In our country,the polarization of wealth on the urban space has already become a serious social problem,which is based on the special social-economic background.The spatial polarization of wealth is the reflection of the polarization of wealth on the urban space.It can lead to the exclusion of the city space and deepen the opposition among the various social stratifications.Furthermore,the spatial polarization of wealth is tremendously harmful to the social harmony.This article analyzes the formation and evolution of the spatial polarization of wealth and in the end some strategies on how to control the spatial polarization of wealth is pointed out from the perspective of urban planning.
