摘　　要： 我国法学界对法的定义和本质始终存在争论,检索国内部分权威性的法理学教材,前苏联法的定义的印记仍历历在目,在充满复杂性的世界化时代的空前挑战和空前机遇中,如果中国法学的理论大厦没有揭示法本质的科学定义,中国法学将在构建未来法律理想图景的过程中,缺乏最基本的奠基之石。综合部分国内学者在法的定义和本质问题上的观点,抽象出学者们对法的定义和本质的共识,通过对传统法的定义和本质的分析研究,并将法的定义和本质置于人类社会和人类文明的演化规律中进行考察,以期得出具有普适价值的法的定义。 The controversial has always been held on the definition and essence of law in the jurisprudence field of our country.We can still find the definition of the former Soviet Union about law in some authority jurisprudence textbook..With complexity and worldlize of the unprecedented challenges and opportunity,if we did not reveal the nature of the scientific definition of law,the Chinese legal science will lack foundation under the construction of the legal ideal prospect.We integrate some authority viewpoint and draw into consensus.By analysis of traditional definition of law,and incorporating the research of law in the study process of evolution of human civilization.We can come to a universal value definition of law.
