郑州东站站房主体结构设计

摘  要: 郑州东站为全高架桥建合一的铁路枢纽站房,建筑面积为40万m2,主站房最大平面尺寸为239.8m×490.7m,为地上3层(局部4层)大跨度、大平面框架结构。站台层桥梁首次采用"钢骨混凝土柱+双向预应力混凝土箱形框架梁"结构,提高了出站层的建筑净空和使用面积,结构具有较好的抗震性能且施工方便。高架候车层采用"钢管混凝土柱+大跨度钢桁架+钢次梁"结构,减轻了楼盖结构自重,有利于在结构高度范围内布置设备,柱顶设置滑动支座的分缝方式简单易行,有效地降低了结构的温度作用,改善了结构抗震性能。在东、西立面将高为15.5m的斜面幕墙三向网格支承结构与屋盖及商业夹层楼盖钢结构相连形成倾斜的跨层钢桁架,解决了78m跨的高架层夹层楼盖的竖向舒适度问题。屋盖采用折梁式空间管桁架结构,结合建筑造型,在屋盖结构的柱顶设置四角锥斜钢管柱以减小屋盖跨度,降低屋盖用钢量,屋盖结构选型与建筑的形态吻合。理论分析和结构试验表明,郑州东站结构体系传力明确,结构安全、可靠,同时具有良好的经济性和使用性能。 As the railway junction without basement,the East Zhengzhou Railway Station is 400 000m2 in construction area with 239.8m×490.7m in plan dimension.The main building is a 3-storey frame(partly 4-storey)with large span and dimension.SRC columns and PRC box frame beams are used for the railway bridge structure on the 2nd floor,and the adopted structure not only increases the net storey height and net passengers' exit area on the 1st floor,but also has good seismic performance and is easy for construction.The structure for waiting hall on the 3rd floor consists of CFST column,large span steel truss and steel girder,which has lightened the selfweight and is easy for the installment of the mechanical and electrical equipments in truss.The aseismic joint on floor is located at column axises,and the floor structure at aseismic joint is supported by the bearings on the top of CFST columns.The aseismic joints are advantageous to the reduction of temperature-induced internal forces in the structure and the increase of the seismic performance.The oblique three-dimensional latticed structure,which supports the glass curtain wall of 15.5m in height on east and west side of the main building,forms truss with storey height by connecting to steel trusses both on the roof and the 4th floor.The truss with storey height structure solves the human comfort problem on the 4th floor with the span of 78m induced by human activities.The spatial steel pipe truss of vertical folding type is adopted in the roof structure,four spatially pyramidic deployed steel pipes on the top of each CFST column are used to support the steel roof structure,reduce the roof span and meet with requirements of architecture.Detailed analysis and tests indicate that the whole structure is safe,economical and has good serviceability.
