摘　　要： 网络答疑过程中,及时准确的答疑反馈将会提高学生网络学习的积极性和学习质量,为此教师们需要花费大量的时间为学生们提供答疑。在一个网络答疑系统中,应用基于用户特征和提问的个性化推荐技术,设计了一个自动问题推荐模块,它实现了问题的自动推荐,从而有效地辅助了网络答疑工作。试用表明,它较好地完成了用户特征规则库和用户提问规则库的建立,并实现了问题推荐服务。 The timely and accurate feedback would enhance the enthusiasm and quality of web-based learning,for which teachers needed to spend a lot of time answering the questions provided by students.Based on user features and personalized recommendation technology,an automatic question recommendation module was designed in the web-based question-answering system.It implemented the automatic recommendation of problems and effectively supported the work of answering.Trial showed that it established the user-characteristics rules and user-question rules,and realized the question-recommending service.
