摘 要: 综述了植物体中转录水平、转录后水平基因沉默及RNA干扰(RNAi)导致基因沉默的机制,并阐述了RNAi技术在植物基因工程中的广泛应用。 The research progress in the mechanisms of transcriptional gene silencing, post-transcriptional gene silencing and RNA interference (RNAi) in plants were reviewed in this paper, and the application prospects of RNAi-induced gene silencing in plant transgenic engineering were expounded.
