摘 要: 目的:通过对1966—2009年间的有关研究进行Meta分析,综合定量评价抗阻训练对安静血压的影响;方法:在MEDLINE、Sportdiscuss、EBSCOhost、Embase、Dissertation Ab-stracts International Database和CNKI等6大数据库中检索相关文献,制定文献筛选标准,对入选研究进行信息提取,随机效应模型的数据合并,回归分析,发表偏倚检验和敏感度检验;结果:共选入随机对照研究24例,包含31个抗阻训练组和1 003名受试者。分析发现,抗阻训练可以导致安静血压下降,其中,收缩压下降3.35 mmHg(95%CI=-6.48~-0.22;P=0.0358),舒张压下降2.65 mmHg(95%CI=-4.53~-0.77;P=0.0057)。对受试者和抗阻训练特征进行回归分析,未发现具有显著性影响的变量,也未发现发表偏倚和敏感度较高的研究;结论:抗阻训练安全且可以帮助成年人(包括老年人)静息状态收缩压和舒张压下降,其具体降压影响因素还需要进一步研究探索。 Objective:To examine the effects of resistance training(RT) on resting blood pressure(BP) by conducting a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trial(RCT) studies(1966—2009).Method:Six databases,including MEDLINE,Sportdiscuss,EBSCOhost,Embase,Dissertation Abstracts International database,and CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure) were searched and studies were selected according criterions.A standard protocol was used to extract information and each trail was weighted by the inverse of its total variance for BP change.The random-effects model was used for the meta-analysis.Meta-regression,publication bias and sensitivity analysis were also conducted.Results:A total of 24 RCT were identified,including 31 training groups and 1,003 participants.When all the studies were pooled,the random-effects modeling yielded an average decrease of 3.35 for systolic BP(95% CI=-6.48~-0.22;P=0.0358) and 2.65 for diastolic BP(95% CI=-4.53~-0.77;P=0.0057).No statistically significant results were found in meta-regression,publication bias and sensitivity analysis.Conclusion:Resistance training is effective on reducing systolic and diastolic blood pressure in adults and old adults.However,the key factors that led to the changes should be further investigated.
