摘 要: 以邻苯二甲酸酐对聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)进行水性化接枝改性,制备了水溶性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(WPVB)。用红外光谱、核磁氢谱对WPVB结构进行了表征,探讨了反应的影响因素,得到了较佳工艺条件:反应温度60℃,反应时间6h,四丁基溴化铵的用量为投料总质量的0.6%。制备了WPVB水分散体,WPVB与PVB相比,其固化涂层的玻璃化转变温度降低11.6℃,总失重率降低3.92%,硬度由5H变为7H,附着力级别由1变为0。 Water-soluble polyvinyl butyral (WPVB) was prepared by the water-borne grafting modifi- cation of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) with phthalic anhydride. IR spectra and H NMR were used to char- acterize the WPVB , and the factors that influenced the reactions were also studied with the following optimal reactions conditions being found, reaction temperature 60℃, reaction time 6 h, w(TBAB)= 0.6 %. The aqueous dispersion of WPVB was prepared, and the performance of the curing coating was researched. The following conclusions were obtained: comparing with PVB, the glass transition tem- perature decreased 11.6 ℃, the total weight loss rate decreased 1.59%, the hardness changed from 5 H to 7 H, and the adhesion level changed from 1 to 0 for WPVB.
