摘 要: 合成了新型紫外光自由基-阳离子混杂固化聚氨酯改性环氧丙烯酸单酯,用红外光谱表征了合成树脂及自由基-阳离子混杂紫外光固化过程特征吸收峰的变化。测试了不同的稀释剂对自由基光固化和自由基-阳离子混杂光固化膜的凝胶率、固化体积收缩率、黏接强度和断裂伸长率的影响,结果表明:聚氨酯改性环氧丙烯酸单酯混杂固化体系的凝胶率在97%以上,固化体积收缩率小于5.8%,黏接强度超过1.66MPa,与丙烯酸单酯混杂固化体系相比,断裂伸长率提高了60%以上。 New radical-cationic hybrid UV-curable polyurethane-modified epoxy monoacrylates (PME- MA) were synthesized. The resin PMEMA and the change of absorption peaks of double bond and ep- oxy group during hybrid UV curing process were identified by Fourier Transform Infrared spectra. The hybrid UV-curable adhesives were prepared with different kinds of active diluents. The gel con- tent, volume shrinkage, shearing strength and relative elongation of the radical-cationic hybrid cured films were investigated. The gel content of hybrid UV-cured films of PMEMA systems exceeded 97%, its volume shrinkage was less than 5.8% and shearing strength was beyond 1.66 MPa. Compa- ring with epoxy monoacrylates hybrid UV-cured films, the relative elongation of PMEMA hybrid UV- cured films increased by 60%.
