摘　　要： 针对模具多项目中的共享关键资源冲突,将关键链方法引入模具多项目资源优化中,通过关键链方法制定模具项目计划,建立了基于规则、约束和事例的混合消解策略模型,以解决模具制造过程中出现的资源冲突,最后通过实例验证了算法的实用性和可行性。 In view of the conflict problem of shared resources in the multiple projects of mould manufacturing,an improved conflict resolution method based on Critical Chain Management（CCM） was proposed.In order to solve the occurred conflicts in the manufacturing,a project manufacturing schedule was formulated using the CCM method,and a hybrid resolution strategy based on rules,restrictions and instances was established.At last,an example with combination resolution was presented to prove the practicability and validity.
