摘　　要： 多源流分析模型作为一种重要的公共政策分析工具,可用来解构影响公共政策设置及调整的因素,从而有助于透视公共政策输入和输出的过程。本文通过运用多源流理论对我国房屋拆迁制度的问题源流、政策源流和政治源流进行剖析,透视我国房屋拆迁制度的政策变迁历程。 Multiple streams model is one of the important tools for analysing public policy, which may play an significant role in deconstruction of the factors of formulating and adjusting public policies. Thereby, it may help us understand the perspectives of public policy process of input and output. This essay tends to analyze the issue origins, policy origins and political origins in the house demolition system by using multiple streams model to understand the changing process of house demolition system within public policy contexts.
