摘 要: 电子废品的回收问题越来越得到企业和社会的重视,闭环供应链管理也被纳入了不少企业的战略体系。但是我国在闭环供应链上的研究和实践工作还十分薄弱。文中通过问卷调查分析广东省废旧电子产品回收渠道的现状,利用Stackelberg博弈理论和仿真对闭环供应链回收渠道选择和管理等问题进行探讨,最后从政府、企业和社会三方面对广东省废旧电子产品回收渠道的优化提出相关建议。 Recycling waste electronic products has become more and more focused by enterprises and society,many enterprises have brought close loop supply chain management to strategic systems.However,researches and practices on our country's close loop supply chain are very weak.In this paper,we analyze today's Guangdong waste electronic products recycling situation through questionnaire survey,use Stackelberg theory and simulation to research the selection and management of close loop supply chain recycling problem.Finally,we raise suggestions to the government,enterprises,and the society to optimize the recycling channel selection of Guangdong waste electronic products.
