摘 要: 绩效考核是企事业单位的重要管理活动科学的绩效考核可以提高员工积极性,增强企业竞争力。本文分析了目前一些企业在绩效考核中存在的问题,结合一个实际开发案例描述了如何利用计算机软件技术设计一个适应面广、扩展性强、操作简单的绩效考核系统。 Performance appraisal is an important management activities of enterprises and institutions.Resonable performance evaluation would help employee to work positively and to improve the competitive capability of enterprises as well.This paper analyzes problems arisen in the performance appraisal,and through one case study,it demonstrates how to design a good adaptation,strongly expansion and simple performance evaluation system with computer software technology.
