摘 要: 以果糖为原料、乙酸为催化剂探讨了反应温度、反应时间和催化剂浓度对制备5-HMF得率的影响,并采用响应面法建立二次回归模型对制备工艺进行优化。结果表明:反应温度、反应时间和催化剂浓度对5-HMF得率的影响大小依次为催化剂浓度>反应时间>反应温度;制备5-HMF的最佳工艺参数为反应温度120℃,反应时间220 min,催化剂浓度0.46 mol/L,5-HMF的得率为58.53%。 5-HMF was prepared with acetic acid catalytic fructose.The effects on the 5-HMF yield of catalytic,reaction time and reaction temperature were discussed.Quadratic regression model was set up by response surface method(RSM) to optimized preparation method of 5-HMF.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: Reaction temperature was 120℃,Reaction time was 220 min and Catalyst concentration was 0.46 mol/L,Under this condition,5-HMF yield could reach to 58.53%.
