摘　　要： 随着先进焊接技术的发展和进步,焊接工艺在机械装备制造业中的应用越来越广泛。合理地使用焊接工装夹具是保障零部件焊接工艺质量的基本要素之一。因此,焊接工装夹具在制造业中获得了广阔的应用空间。近些年来,基于模块化、标准化思想的精密组合焊接夹具系统凭借其在技术和生产应用方面的优异特点,在大型机械装备制造业中获得了广泛的应用。对模块化组合焊接工装夹具系统以及先进的计算机辅助焊接工装夹具设计系统在欧美领先工程装备制造业中的应用做一概述。 With the development of advanced welding technologies,welding processes are widely used in mechanical equipments manufacturing.As one of the crucial factors to ensure the welding process quality of mechanical parts,welding fixtures are enjoying an increasing importance and market demand.Over the past years,modular welding fixtures with a precise accuracy,which is based on the concept of standardization and has big advantages in technology and production practice,are used widely in middle and large parts welding in mechanical engineering equipments.An overview on the state-of-art modular fixture system used in the overseas leading makers of mechanical equipments were presented and discussed.
