摘　　要： 在对广东第二师范学院教育实习抽样调查与分析的基础上,对高师院校如何有效开展教育实习进行探讨,提出了"加强对教育实习的过程管理和指导、加强师范生实践能力培养、加强实践教学基地建设、优化实习形式延长实习时间和加强对教育实习工作的领导和支持"等建议。 This paper surveys and analyzes the teaching practice in Guangdong Higher Normal University,and proposes improvement measures as below: monitoring more strictly the whole process,strengthening students' competence,enhancing practice base construction,optimizing practice models,extending practice period,providing better support and supervision to the practice.
