摘　　要： 随着社会竞争的加剧,大学生就业问题日益突出。如何提高大学生的动手能力,尽快适应用人单位工作需要,是高校亟待解决的问题。结合调查问卷和自身的教学实践,对目前金融学专业本科专业技能培养中出现的问题进行了分析,并从培养方案、课堂教学、实验室建设、综合平台建立和考证制度等5个方面提出了改革建议,以期促进金融学本科学生的专业技能和综合能力的提高。 With the social competition intensifying,the employment issues for the university graduates are becoming increasingly prominent.It is extremely necessary for the universities to deal with the issues that focus on how to improve the university students＇ performing ability so that they are able to adapt the needs of employers as soon as possible.Combining the relevant questionnaires and personal teaching practice,the current issues occurred in the process of training on the professional skills for the undergraduates majored in finance have been explained and analyzed in this essay hereby.Besides,in order to improve the professional skills and comprehensive capabilities of undergraduates majored in finance,the relevant suggestions and recommendations for teaching innovation have been put forward,which involve five aspects,which includ training program,classroom teaching,laboratory construction,integrated platform establishment and certificate system.
