摘 要: 创新性地采用磷尾矿粉作为肥料中磷的来源,以尿素和氯化钾作为氮和钾的来源,并且在肥料的制备过程中加入自制的保水剂,通过圆盘造粒和包裹,制备出具有一定保水性能的新型复合肥。通过对复合肥抗压强度、成粒率、吸水倍率、平衡含水量、pH的测定,主要就不同液体粘结剂对复合肥性能的影响进行系统研究,并试图确定一种适合于该类保水复合肥的粘结剂。结果表明,水可以直接作为肥料造粒试验的粘结剂Ⅰ,而复合肥包裹试验的粘结剂Ⅱ则选择质量分数为3%的PVA溶液为佳。 The new water-retention fertilizers were prepared by disc granulation and packages,using phosphate tailings powder,urea and potassium chloride as the source of phosphorus,nitrogen and potassium,respectively,and adding home-made water-retention agent during the preparation process.In this paper,compressive strength,granulation rate,water absorbency,balance moisture and pH value were detected to explore the influence of different liquid binders over characteristics of compound fertilizers.The results indicated that water could be severed as binder I during the granulation,and 3% mass fraction of PVA as binder Ⅱ in package experiment.
