摘 要: 合成了三甘醇苯并[5,6]香豆素-3-甲酸酯(Ⅳ)并经1HNMR1、3CNMR、FTIR、MS及元素分析确证。化合物Ⅳ和三甘醇二苯并[5,6]香豆素-3-甲酸酯(Ⅴ)发出蓝色荧光,它们的最大发射波长λem受溶剂极性影响较小。甲醇和乙醇能使Ⅴ的荧光强度增强,二甲亚砜是该类物质的荧光猝灭试剂。在乙腈中,Ca2+能使化合物Ⅳ荧光强度降低30%,而使化合物Ⅴ荧光强度增大40%。 Triglycol benzo[5,6] coumarin-3-carboxylate(Ⅳ) was prepared and subsequently characterized by means of 1HNMR,13CNMR,FTIR,MS and elemental analysis.Compound Ⅳ and triglycol dibenzo[5,6] coumarin-3-carboxylate(Ⅴ) emit blue fluorescence.The maximum emission wavelength λem of Ⅳ and Ⅴ was little influenced by solvent polarity.The fluorescence intensity of Ⅴ was increased in methanol and ethanol,and dimethyl sulfoxide is its fluorescence quenching agent.In acetonitrile,upon the addition of Ca2+,the fluorescence intensity of Ⅳ was reduced by 30%,while that of Ⅴ was increased by 40%.
