摘　　要： 罗纳德·德沃金认为罗尔斯的差别原则忽视了残障问题,同时福利平等对残障问题的关注方式是有误的。德沃金的资源平等理论直面残障问题,认为残障是人格资源的缺乏。文章认为资源平等对残障问题的关注方式亦是有缺陷的,一方面,资源平等对残障问题的关注方式会导致对残障者的歧视,另一方面,资源平等在残障问题上错置了关注的重心,资源平等不应该仅仅关注残障者在人格资源方面的缺陷,而且还应该关注残障者面临的社会环境问题。 Ronald Dworkin thinks that John Rawls＇s difference principle ignores disability issues, and equality of welfare doesn＇t correctly solve disability issues. Ronald Dworkin＇s equality of resources attempts to resolve disability issues. Ronald Dworkin thinks that disability is a lack of personal resources. In fact, equality of resources doesn＇t correctly resolve disability issues yet. On the one hand, the way which equality of resources concerns about disability will lead to discrimination against disabled people; on the other hand, it misplaces the focus of disability. Equality of resources should not just be concerned about the shortcomings in the personal resources, but also should pay attention to the social environment of disabled people.
