摘 要: 迷迭香提取物作为一种安全、高效的天然抗氧化剂,已广泛应用于食品中。本文对迷迭香提取物的主要抗氧化成分、抗氧化特性及其在应用中存在的问题进行了综述,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 The rosemary extract is widely applied to food due to its safety and effectiveness, as a natural antioxidant.ln this article, its main antioxidantive constituents, antioxidant properties and its problems in using process were summarized, and the outlook of its development was given.
