摘　　要： 文章运用SWOT分析方法，揭示了汕尾软环境优化的内在优势、劣势与外在机遇、威胁，为软环境的进一步完善指明方向。 The article using the SWOT analysis method, has promulgated the intrinsic superiority,inferiority and the external opportunity, threat during optimizing the soft environment in Shanwei, in order to indicate the directions for further development of the soft environment.
