摘 要: 为分析我国用水量与经济增长之间的相互关系,首次将资源环境领域的脱钩概念引入到水资源利用与经济增长分析中,在IPAT方程的基础上建立了用水量变化与经济增长脱钩分析方法,并提出了评价脱钩程度的强脱钩实现程度系数。在此基础上,对我国1997-2008年用水量与经济增长进行了脱钩分析。结果表明,我国农业用水量同第一产业GDP为强脱钩关系,其他均处于不稳定的弱脱钩状态。分析表明,农业用水量的变化对改变我国用水量与经济增长关系的变化有重要作用。 To analyze the relationship between water consumption(WC) and economic growth(EG) in China,this paper introduced the concepts related with decoupling in the fields of resources' and environmental research to define the decoupling EG from WC.Based on the IPAT model,the assessing approach was built up.What's more,a coefficient was proposed to estimate the decoupling degree.Afterwards,the relations between WC and GDP from 1997 to 2008 were investigated.The result shows that the relation between agricultural WC and GDP of primary industry belongs to strong decoupling,while others belong to unstable weak decoupling.Furthermore,it can be concluded that agricultural WC plays an important role to improve the decoupling degree between WC and EG.
