摘 要: 利用自制加载装置,研究硫酸盐侵蚀、干湿循环和弯曲荷载耦合作用时混凝土的损伤劣化规律.试验结果表明:弯曲荷载加速了硫酸盐对混凝土的侵蚀作用;在1年内,干湿循环对硫酸盐侵蚀混凝土的影响不明显;混凝土试件接近破坏时,重量稍有增加.钢纤维对混凝土重量损失影响不大,其主要作用是减缓混凝土相对动弹性模量的降低,并随钢纤维体积率增大而效果更佳.粉煤灰有利于提高混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力. A kind of self-made loading device was designed and used for experimental research on progressive and deteriorative characteristics of concrete subjected to combined action of sulfate corrosion, alternation of wet- ring-dry and flexural loading. The results show that, the flexural loading accelerates the sulfate erosion into the concrete, and in a yearly test period, alternation of wetting-dry has slight or no influence on the sulfate erosion rate of the concrete, and the weight of concrete specimen increases a little when the specimen fails. In addition, the main advantage of steel fiber is not effective on the weight decrease of concrete specimen, but reducing the attenuation of relative dynamic elastic modules of concrete in corrosion solution, and the reducing is more with the increase of steel fiber volume fraction. The researches also bring to the conclusion that fly ash can improve the resistance ability of concrete against the sulfate corrosion.
