摘　　要： 实训与实习是高职教育的重要组成部分。实训实习的效果与学生的心理状况密切相关,影响学生在实训实习中的心理因素包括内在因素和外在因素。实训与实习中的学生的心理状态发生变化,在年龄、气质、个性、自信心、情绪情感、态度、能力、环境因素和激励因素等方面表现不同。 Practical training and internship are important parts in higher vocational education.Results of such activities may change students＇ psychological status,which can be found in different aspects such as age,nature,character,confidence,emotions,attitude,ability,environmental factors and motivation factors,etc.
