摘 要: 系统介绍了应用于光载无线通信(RoF)系统中关键技术之一的毫米波生成技术。分析了RoF受到广泛关注的原因,对目前国内外常用的毫米波生成技术:直接调制、外部调制器调制、光外差法、光学倍乘法四种方法的工作原理进行了详细的介绍,并分析了每种方法的优缺点及相应的改进方案。 The generation technologies for millimeter-wave,which is one of the key technologies in the radio-over-fiber(RoF) system,are introduced.The reason why RoF technology becomes hot topic is analyzed.The generation technologies for millimeter wave recently reported can be classified into four kinds: direct-modulation-based millimeter wave generation,modulator-based,optical-heterodyne-based and optical-frequency-multiplication-based.The detail operation principles are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages for each kind of method and corresponding improvement scheme are analyzed respectively.
