摘 要: 采用激发剂和粉磨激发转炉钢渣的活性,制备高强度、高掺量的钢渣胶凝材料,并通过XRD、SEM和压汞法等物相检测方法揭示微观结构与宏观性能之间的内在联系。结果表明:通过激发剂和粉磨的综合效应,能够利用转炉钢渣制备出高活性辅助胶凝材料;转炉钢渣最适宜粉磨时间为60min;激发剂M(三异丙醇胺、聚乙二醇与去离子水的复配质量比为6∶4∶10)的激发效果最好,转炉钢渣在水泥中的掺量可达33%,其28d抗压强度可达50.4MPa。 By means of chemical activation and grinding,the activity of steel slag was activated to prepare steel slag cementitious materials with high strength that could be added in cement with higher content.The internal relations between microstructure and macroscopic properties were analyzed by XRD,SEM and mercury intrusion.The results showed that the converter steel slag could be used to prepare high-active auxiliary cementitious materials by the comprehensive effect of chemical activation and grinding.The optimal grinding time was 60min.The M additive(mixture ratio of triisopropanolamine,polyethylene glycol and de-ionized water was 6∶4∶10) had best active effect on steel slag.The content of converter steel slag in cement could be up to 33% and the 28d compressive stength of steel slag cement was 50.4MPa.
