摘 要: 采用TEM,EDS,HREM 等测试手段,对液体压力浸渗法制备的Al2O3- SiO2(sf)/ZL109复合材料的界面结构以及界面反应机理进行了观察和分析,结果表明:多晶Al2O3- SiO2纤维和基体金属在复合材料的高温制备过程中发生了化学反应,产生了尖晶石MgAl2O4;MgAl2O4沿复合材料界面呈颗粒状分布,形成了非连续分布的反应结合型界面结构。 The interface structure and chemical reaction mechanism were examined and analysized by TEM, EDS, and HREM ect. The results showed that chemical reaction took place between the polycrystal Al 2O 3-SiO 2 short fibre and the matrix alloy during fabrication of the composite at high temperature, and made lots of MgAl 2O 4 spinels. Little blocks of MgAl 2O 4 spinels distributed along the interface, and formed a discontinued chemical adhention interface structure of the composite.
