滤池过滤与反冲洗优化试验研究

摘  要: 针对水厂滤池低负荷下滤后水浊度远低于标准要求、水头损失小、截污滤层浅、反冲洗时间较长、耗水耗电量大的问题,采用增加滤池负荷、延长过滤周期并调整反冲洗时间的优化方案。试验结果表明:在增大滤池负荷的基础上,将过滤周期由目前的55 h延长到71 h,水头损失随时间增加较快,截污滤层下移,滤层截污效能提高。不同反冲洗条件下的排水浊度峰值基本出现在气冲开始后1~2 min内,峰值大小与待滤水浊度及工况有关,但排水浊度降至10 NTU以下所需的总冲洗时间基本为10~11 min。在确保水质安全的前提下将过滤周期延长到71 h,反冲洗过程由气冲3 min、气水混合冲洗5 min和水洗5 min优化为气冲2 min、气水混合冲洗4 min和水洗4 min。通过优化,每个滤池每年可节约2.7万元,节能效果较为明显,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。 Considering the lower turbidity,small head loss,shallow distribution of interception suspended solids,long backwash time and high energy consuming under low load,an optimization scheme by means of increasing filtration load,prolonging filtration cycle and adjusting the distribution time of backwash was brought forward.The experiment results showed that the head loss could be increased rapidly with the filtration time based on increasing filtration tank load and prolonging the filtration from 55 h at present to 71 h.The distribution of interception suspended solids was shift down and the efficiency of interception suspended solids was enhanced.Peak value of the drainage turbidity basically appeared within 1 to 2 min of air wash under different backwashing conditions.Peak value was related to unfiltered water turbidity and operational condition.But the total backwashing time was basically 10 to 11 min when the drainage turbidity was reduced below 10 NTU.The filtration period has been prolonged to 71 h,backwashing process optimized from air wash 3 min,air-water washing 5 min and water washing 5 min to air wash 2 min,air-water washing 4 min and water washing 4 min based on the security of water quality.The energy consuming analysis results showed that one filter would save 27 thousand yuan per year,and the efficiency of saving energy consuming was significant through the optimization experiment.
