摘　　要： 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、归纳分析法、逻辑分析法等方法对低碳生活与阳光体育进行互动研究。低碳生活与阳光体育都具有"人与自然和谐共处"的价值取向,低碳生活的理念加强了阳光体育的内涵建设,阳光体育是低碳生活可持续发展的重要因素。努力建立物质文明、政治文明、精神文明、生态文明相结合的社会文明体系,应积极树立起低碳生活理念下的阳光体育的精神文化、行为文化和物质文化,更好地发展和宣传"低碳"的阳光体育运动。 This paper applicates documentary data method,logic and cluster analysis method as well as some experts＇ interviews to study the interactive relationship between low-carbon life and sunlight sports,which both have the value orientation of the harmony in human beings and nature.The idea of low-carbon life strengthens the intention construction of the sunlight sports,making it an important factor of sustainable development.In order to respond to the call of government whose aim is to build a social civilized system of material,politics,spirit together with ecology,the sunlight sports known as the green health method should contribute to the great goal,devoting itself to leading the low-carbon life while changing the way of non-low-carbon life.
