摘　　要： 体育彩票产业能与电子信息产业、零售业、传媒产业、广告/赞助产业、旅游产业相融合。技术创新是体育彩票产业融合现象的根本驱动力,异质化竞争是内在动因,政府监管改革提供了外部条件,体育彩票产业融合是疏导、防范非法赌球的有效工具。体育彩票产业融合现象的效应为:促进其产业结构优化升级,扩大产业空间领域;提升体育彩票产业竞争力;增强体育彩票消费能力,实现社会公益。提出促进我国体育彩票产业融合现象发展的对策。 Sports lottery industry may converge with telecommunications, retail industry, media industry, advertising industry and tourist industry, with technological innovation as the fundamental driving force, the heterogeneous competition ad the internal motivation, and government supervision reform as the external condition. Sports lottery industry convergence proves instrumental in guiding and preventing illegal gambling, in optimizing and upgrading of sports lottery industry structure, in expanding capacity and promoting competitiveness of the industry, in enhancing the consumption capability of sports lottery and facilitating the actualization of social public welfare. Countermeasures were proposed to the development of convergence phenomenon of sports lottery industry in China.
