摘　　要： 运用问卷调查法,从期望值和满意度评价2个方面,对广州市体育公共服务评价对象和评价客体进行调查研究。结果显示:广州市体育公共服务公众评价的期望值与满意度之间具有非常显著性差异,体育公共服务水平距离公众期望尚有较大的差距,不同职业(社会阶层)人群在对体育公共服务评价方面存在着非常显著性差异。综合公众对体育公共服务8个方面的总体评价,其中公众对群众性体育事业经费投入的期望值最高。 Using methods of questionnaire investigation, the present research studied the subjects and objects of public sports service evaluation in Guangzhou city from the perspectives of expectation and satisfaction. The findings indicated that there existed very remarkable gaps between public expectations and degree of satisfaction with public sports service in Guangzhou, and there were also also very significant gaps in public sports service evaluation among people from different professions. Among the eight aspects of general evaluations, the highest expected aspect from the public is the fund investment on mass sports undertakings.
